Jillian's Way - An exciting new 24 home single family community attached to
the existing community of Chaddwyck in New Castle Delaware.
Jillian's way is situated on seven acres
and laid out on two cul-de-sacs eliminating through traffic and adding
privacy. The lots sizes are of generous size positioned so that they are
adjacent to open space which surrounds the community.
The builder of Jillian's Way is First State Inc, who's owner P.J. Bale,
Jr., is also the developer of Jillian's Way. P.J. has always known what
customers value. He started P.J.'s Lawn Service for friends and neighbors in
1978, and later changed the name to First State Landscaping since his
services had grown far beyond lawns. By 1987, P.J. incorporated and launched
First State Inc. In the mid 90's, he created a construction division
targeting residential renovation and construction projects. Today, P.J.
maintains the Construction/Development Division as well as his original
Horticulture Division - all under the name of First State, Inc.
From landscapes to renovations and new construction, P.J. has consistently
exhibited a passion for quality and an eye for detail. With well over 100
new home and renovation projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania, P.J.'s
customers say that it's commitment and follow-through that define this
energetic developer/builder.
His understanding of the importance of the whole picture is what living in a
First State Inc
home is all about. P.J.
creates an entire living style by surrounding the homeowner with pleasant
visual and tactile experiences. From select hardwoods to uncommon marble
surfaces, to a textured groundcover complementing a stone pattern - every
detail is considered a choice.
Now at the beautiful Jillian's Way community, P.J. has created yet another
remarkable example of modern living with its own unique point of view. |
